George Lawson was one of the founders of the Caton-Lawson Drug Store, which became the Sevierville Drug Store. This article describes his life, the events around the drug stores, and entries from his diary of 1896-1897. It includes two photographs and copies of primary sources such as contracts, advertisements, and his donation to the GSMNP.
