The entry from May 1, 1865 lists survivors divided into Adams Hospital, Overton Hospital, Washington Hospital, (illegible) Hospital, and Soldiers' Home. The entry from May 15, 1865 lists casualties by Companies A-L. There are a few additions at the bottom, and no indication of the soldiers' county of origin.</style>
<issue><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">3</style></issue><notes><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Full text is available to members of the Smoky Mountain Historical Society.</style></notes></record></records></xml>
